| Paul's Pics 4 You Photography: Moscow Ballet's Russian Nutcracker at SUNY Purchase |
On Sunday December 26th, Paul's Pics 4 You Photography was given the
opportunity to shoot the Russian Nutcracker Ballet, which was widely
advertised to take place at SUNY Purchase. In association with the
Odessa Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre and Radio Beacon (K104.7 FM,
100.7 FM WHUD, WBNR/WLNA and 107.1 FM PEAK) two shows took place with
over thousands in attendance. Photographer Paul Harrington was the only
"STILL PHOTOGRAPHER" there to shoot the event, and captured the magic of
each performance from high above the crowds. Although there was no
permitted flash photography, Paul was able to use the lighting available
on the stage to create that unique moment and to become creatively
artistic with the motions and actions of the performers. More of these
